THE OPPORTUNITY
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with physical injuries, disabilities, and functional limitations. You'll develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based interventions, and work collaboratively with patients, caregivers, and rehabilitation professionals to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals
• Provide direct physical therapy interventions to restore strength, mobility, and function
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home exercise programs
• Document treatment sessions, patient progress, and clinical outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with rehabilitation teams and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity-of-care coordination
• Establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Perform other assigned duties within the scope of physical therapy practice

Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program REQUIRED
• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license authorizing practice in Arizona REQUIRED
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification REQUIRED
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills REQUIRED
• Ability to establish positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers REQUIRED
Preferred
• Previous rehabilitation experience
• Previous acute-care experience
